Tasks of the project
Provision of comprehensive protection, including socio-psychological, legal support and a component of social protection, to displaced persons in places of collective residence with the aim of providing life-necessary assistance, improving their psychological well-being, adapting to new conditions and protecting their rights
Scope of the project
It is planned to provide services for 12 KC, namely: 5 — in the Kirovohrad region and 7 — in the Poltava region
Duration of the project
The project is planned for implementation within 6 months from 01.05.2024 to 31.10.2024 inclusive
What we do:
Support for safe and joint management of KC
Humanitarian and social support, provision of consultations, explanations, reference information, individual response to crises
Improvement of living conditions in places of shared residence
Carrying out repair works in 5 KC in Poltava and Kirovohrad regions
Providing assistance in kind
Provision of non-food kits and means of communal/individual use
Legal assistance and consulting services
Redirection of requests for legal support for the protection of the rights and interests of IDPs to the UHF/OCHA partner in this area — "Right to Protection"
Psychosocial support for children and adults
Individual/group psychological assistance of a psychologist/child psychologist in specially equipped mobile psychological offices
Management of IDP/IDP cases, especially for women and children
Individual and group legal and psychological assistance to victims of domestic violence and risk groups
